As startups, scaleups, and unicorns built innovative products, I supported them in making cloud services choices to signing multi-year financial agreements to have the best unit economics. Later, as a Chief Revenue Officer, I saw up close how much harder building and scaling becomes when startups lack critical go-to-market knowledge and experience in the first place.
Conversations with founders and investors revealed two recurring challenges:
1) B2B startups struggle to build sustainable revenue because they lack sales, go-to-market, and leadership expertise. When growth breakpoints appear, the root causes are often missed, not tackled in the right way, handled too late, or worse - never.
2) The current ecosystem does not provide the operational support they need. Most investors are non-operational, mentor programs often provide only triage, and classic consultants or advisors don’t deliver the results founders and investors are looking for.
To solve these challenges, I set out on a journey to create both a system that guides growth decisions with clarity and a service model that truly delivers. The result is twofold: the Growth Success System™ helps founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders diagnose growth issues, and design and implement a growth engine; and fractional revenue leadership, which embeds senior operational expertise directly into teams.
